As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will also provide advice on our products and services to our customers.

This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.

As a Sytner Parts Advisor, you will communicate effectively with both internal and external customers/suppliers.

You will ensure that all requests are dealt with promptly, and support and assist colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching and sourcing.

These two areas go hand in hand to ensure our workshops are running efficiently and that our customers have a positive experience. 

"Working in Parts is all about providing an excellent service for not only our ‘front of house’ customers but also our Workshop Technicians. A day in the life of Parts can be from stock checking, booking in the daily parts delivery and arranging for Parts to be returned to the Manufacturer if required. We have daily contact with our Manufacturing partners as we need to be kept up to date with any changes that may affect the service we provide. Amongst all of this, we are also responsible for ensuring that our product displays in the showroom are priced correctly and are clearly visible.

We also have to provide an efficient service to our Trade customers, which is mainly via email and telephone. These trade orders then get delivered to our customers via our Parts van ensuring that they also get the quick service that they need to run their businesses!

The great thing about being in Parts is that you work closely with lots of other departments within the dealership and most of all we have a lot of fun nights out such as Karting and Driving Days!"
