We are thrilled to be partnered with Goodwood Festival of Speed 2022 to showcase all of our fantastic brands under the Group and celebrate our colleagues.

Darren Edwards, CEO at Sytner Group, said: “We’re delighted to be partnered with Goodwood Festival of Speed for another year, the event is a treat for anyone who loves beautiful cars and it’s great that we can take so many of our colleagues to experience this.”

The event celebrates the most glamourous sport, where festival goers can get close to the cars as they blast up the hillclimb and talk with the drivers and individuals that made them famous.

Jodie Williams, Head of Diversity and Inclusion, said: “This is the first time we have had a Sytner Group stand at the festival and it’s great that we can have so many colleagues both working and experiencing Goodwood this year.

“With a specific diversity and inclusion and recruitment section on the stand, our colleagues are sure to stand out and really show off the business to its fullest.”

This is the first time that Sytner Group will have a specific section for careers and diversity and inclusion as this is a fantastic way to show that the business is dedicated to developing talent and building careers, but also our commitment to our colleagues and creating a diverse workforce where individuals can bring their best selves to work.

Mirroring our commitment to our colleagues, we are giving our colleagues the chance to win their way to the festival with the opportunity to win a pair of tickets for Thursday, Friday or Saturday to really experience the best of the industry.

ALPINA will also feature on the stand with the chance for those attending to get a closer look at one of the brand’s most talked about cars. As well as this, ALPINA will be showcasing the elegant B4 Gran Coupé in the First Glance Paddock.

The Supercar Paddock will be filled with the most exotic cars in the world and the First Glance Paddock will give visitors a glimpse of some of the most innovative, and affordable, cars on the planet.

Last year, we were the official partner of the Festival of Speed but also celebrated our technician’s, taking the 13 winners of the Elite Technician Competition to the festival in a private pavilion hosted by Darren Edwards, Chief Executive of Sytner Group.

This year, the Elite Technicians are able to attend their all-expenses paid trip to Detroit to attend the Grand Prix as guests of Penske Racing, so we will be rewarding a number of colleagues with tickets to the sold out event across the four days.
