Sytner Group are excited to offer Apprenticeship roles within various areas of our business.

An Apprenticeship within Sytner Group can lead to many different possibilities within your future career. It provides on and off the job training and so gives our successful colleagues a nationally recognised qualification upon completion alongside essential, hands on experience. Contrary to the common misconception, Apprenticeships are available for people at any level and not exclusive to school leavers. Whilst school leavers are of course welcomed, an Apprenticeship can also be the perfect next step for you to upskill or move into a different field at an entry level to enable you to build a solid foundation of knowledge and skill whilst earning full time.
Support throughout the completion of your Apprenticeship is also extremely important and this is on offer to you from several different sources. Of course the qualification provider will be able to support you through your training and give you guidance on successfully completing your course. On the other hand, within the dealership itself you’ll be working within our teams of dedicated colleagues day to day and our ‘One Team’ ethos will ensure that you’ll be supported to thrive in your apprenticeship and achieve your full potential.
The length of our Apprenticeships can vary between departments, however will take a minimum of 12 months to complete. This is because some Apprenticeships will teach you hands on skills within our workshops and bodyshops and others can be more customer focused, such as Apprenticeships within our parts and service departments. It’s this variety which makes our Apprenticeships so exciting!
