Motor Trader Industry Award winners 2023!

We’re delighted to announce that we have won the Motor Trader Industry, ‘Skills & Development’ Award 2023!

The awards were held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London and the winners were selected by a panel of judges chosen for their independence and expertise in motor retailing.

This award is in recognition of the world-leading training that we offer and is based on our new ‘Fast Start’ induction programme, Star and Brand Expert inductions and the Aspiring Business Manager programme. Each of these courses provide different knowledge and information to colleagues at different stages of their progression and development within the business.

• ‘Fast Start’ offers the essential information and skills needed within a sales environment for colleagues who have not had a background in the automotive industry. Enabling them to transition into their new role successfully.
• Star and Brand Expert inductions similarly provides crucial knowledge however also gives an oversight into the business as a whole and how different departments work together as ‘One Team’. Focusing on the roles of Sales Executive and Service Advisor and therefore, the full customer experience for colleagues joining us who are new to these roles.
• The ‘Aspiring Business Manager’ programme is especially designed for nominated individuals who show great drive and potential to build their confidence and further their career within the business.

The win gives us our third Motor Trader Industry Award and we were also Highly Commended for the Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Award.
