Sytner Group - Christmas Fundraising Part 2

Throughout the month of December Sytner Group’s colleagues have been getting into the festive spirit and have got involved with some fantastic charitable causes.

We’re proud to support numerous charities across the UK and we recognise the importance of showing support to our colleagues and causes that are important to them. Below are some more examples of what how our Dealerships have been ‘Giving Back’ this holiday season.

Colleagues at Reading Audi got involved in filling gift bags for the Reading Salvation Army’s Present Appeal, helping to ensure children, who might not otherwise have received a Christmas present received one. With the amazing donations from the team and their friends and family, they were able to deliver 179 gift bags to the cause. This was their 7th and most successful year of supporting such an amazing cause!

Several colleagues from Mercedes-Benz of Newcastle too part in a volunteering Day recently. Kellie Moore, Chris Newton and Jo Prudhoe, ventured out into the local community to donate Xmas hampers filled with lots of treats. They visited care homes locally, meeting the staff and residents and visited the elderly within their own home. They received a warm welcome by everyone, bringing surprise, delight and festive cheer, which is what Christmas is all about.

BMW Cardiff organised a volunteer day at The Cardiff Dogs Home which took place recently. Several of our colleagues attended, helping to walk and spend time with the dogs, assisting in general duties and donating their time to a great cause. They also organised a donation drive in the dealership to collect toys and food for the dogs home that they took with them on the day.

At Sytner Group, we take pride in our ongoing commitment to support various charitable causes. Giving back to our communities is a priority for us. Hence why we find it crucial to acknowledge and stand behind our colleagues in their dedicated efforts towards this shared goal.

One of the many great things about working for Sytner Group is that we give all colleagues an extra paid working day per year to be involved in voluntary work and support our colleagues with causes close to their hearts.
