Mercedes-Benz of Weston-super-Mare support local T-Level students

At Sytner Group we have a focus on engaging with ‘Future Talent’ across the country and our dealerships actively engage with schools and colleges in their local area.

We do this in various ways including work experience programmes and supporting with local and national careers events.

Mercedes-Benz of Weston-Super-Mare is a recent example of the great work we’ve been doing. They have developed a fantastic link with Weston College and have been heavily involved in many aspects, from delivering Master Class presentations to technical students to working with T Level students where part of the course is having a placement in a Business.

Most recently Jodine and Sam from the college chose us as their business of choice to undertake their placement as part of their T Level. Both have been working with us well over a year now, their last day being last Friday.

“Last week saw the last day with the students from the local college Jodine and Sam, who have come into the Dealership working with the team and getting involved with every aspect of the business. They have been a credit to themselves and we have been lucky to have such great students join us with this exciting programme. We look forward to seeing them again soon as they have expressed interest in joining us part time and full time. Well done both, you should be very proud of yourselves. 

We also look forward to our continued partnership with Weston College and the T Level programme.”
