International Women's Day 2024 - Emily Hall

Today is International Women’s Day and in the spirit of celebrating our incredible female colleagues we wanted to find out more about inspires them to grow and flourish in their chosen career path.

This week we’ve heard from various colleagues from different business areas within Sytner Group and to round up our celebrations, Emily tells us about her career journey and how she’s grown within Sytner Group;

Dealership or Head Office: Mercedes-Benz Carlisle

Career path: I joined the Sytner Group back in 1998 as an Assistant Accountant at Chrysler Jeep Manchester. I worked my way up to Accountant over the Manchester and Liverpool dealerships. In 2005 I moved to Bentley and Rolls-Royce Manchester as Accountant. In 2010 we took on the McLaren Franchise and in 2016 I moved across to Aftersales Manager. I was Aftersales Manager for 7 years for Bentley, Rolls-Royce, McLaren and Bugatti Manchester. In 2023 the opportunity came up to move to Carlisle as Head of Business at Mercedes-Benz back to the division where I started my Sytner career.

What drives you?

Exceeding expectations. Whether that be with Team Members, Manufacturers or our Customers. I want our team to be the best and be seen as the best in all areas. I enjoy watching team members progress and develop and become Sytner Managers of the future.
