Bags of Hope for Leicestershire Cares 2024

Each year, Sytner Group’s Head Office proudly supports Leicestershire Cares with their Bags of Hope Campaign, a heartfelt initiative dedicated to helping vulnerable and disadvantaged groups in the local community. This campaign ensures that those at risk of being left behind during the festive season can still experience the joy of Christmas.

Over the years, our team at Head Office in Leicester has consistently gone above and beyond to contribute, and this year has been no exception! So far, we’ve filled over 50 bags with a wide range of items, including:

• Children’s toys and activities like colouring books, pens, and pencils.
• Warm clothing such as hats, scarves, and gloves.
• Food and drinks like tea, coffee, biscuits, and chocolate.
• Essential items including toiletries, hot water bottles, and flasks.

These items are packed into reusable tote bags, aptly named “bags of hope,” which are distributed to those in the community who may not receive anything else this Christmas. Monetary donations were also welcomed through a dedicated page, enabling the purchase of additional essentials and festive treats to fill even more bags.

Last year, with the help of businesses, schools, and community groups, Leicestershire Cares distributed almost 1,000 bags of hope. This year, their goal is to reach even more individuals facing hardship, bringing light and comfort to those who need it most.

Sytner Group is proud to have partnered with Leicestershire Cares for many years, supporting a variety of impactful projects in the local community that is home to our Head Office. Some of these initiatives include dealership tours for underprivileged individuals, donation drives, mock interviews, in-school support, and team challenges, among others.

We are exceptionally proud of our teams getting involved and engaging in the local community and ‘Giving Back’ wherever we can.
