Assistant Warranty Administrator

About the role

Sytner Group currently has an opening for a highly motivated Assistant Warranty Administrator to join our prestigious dealership at Sytner Land Rover Knutsford.

As a Sytner Assistant Warranty Administrator, you will be supporting the Warranty Administrator with costing and invoicing warranty jobs.

You will ensure the accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis and ensure recalls are administered and warranty debt is controlled. You will also ensure manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times.

Sytner Assistant Warranty Administrators work a variety of flexible patterns to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About you

Previous experience in an administrative capacity is essential. Knowledge of the motor industry and the Kerridge system would also be advantageous; however, this is not crucial for the right candidate and training will be given.

Ideally, you will have excellent organisational skills and be able to handle conflicting demands whilst able to identify priorities in a highly demanding environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong, cooperative relationships with customers & colleagues are also a must.
