This is an exciting and varied opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into a hybrid Aftersales & Sales orientated role.
As an Audi Expert at Audi Huddersfield, you will play a key part in creating memorable customer experiences, building genuine relationships with our customers, contributing towards driving our customer retention score forward and supporting guests as they explore their next Audi.
In this role, you will lead our VIP Sales into Service programme, engaging with customers who are visiting our Service Department and identifying opportunities to support them with their next vehicle purchase. Some customers may already be familiar with Huddersfield Audi, while others may be experiencing our departmental Team's for the first time — giving you the opportunity to create a fantastic first impression and build long-lasting relationships, ensuring the customer will be returning to our business.
You will act as the key link between the customer and both our Sales and Aftersales departments, helping to make the most of the customer's time in the business and ensuring we deliver an exceptional experience to retain the customer. This will include offering demonstrator test drives, introducing customers to the latest Audi models, identifying opportunities where a customer would be eligible for a vehicle service plan and ensuring our dealership exceeds in our customer connectivity.
Alongside this, you will support the wider Aftersales and Sales team with key stages of both sides of dealership operations, with both test drives, service plan opportunities and ensuring our customers remain digitally connected to us, helping us consistently deliver a five-star experience from first entering our business to leaving - every interaction matters and your role will be to ensure our customers feel valued, informed and excited about the AUDI brand.
About you
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic retail environment. You do not need to come from an automotive background — what matters most is your attitude, your passion for people, customer service and your commitment to excellence.
You will ideally be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or service environment.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, consistently and without compromise.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a diverse range of customers.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the drive to meet and exceed personal and team targets.
- Enthusiasm for the Audi brand and a desire to develop deep product knowledge.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player attributes, who supports colleagues and contributes positively to team morale.
