About the role

Sytner Group is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Controller to join our motivated sales team at Leeds Audi.
 
As a Sytner Sales Controller, you will report to the General Sales Manager and will be responsible for the enquiry management of incoming enquiries, ensuring every customer interaction is handled promptly, professionally, and in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all incoming sales enquiries, converting enquiries to appointments effectively to the sales department.
  • Support the sales process to maximise conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities.
  • Ensuring a customer contact strategy is robust.
  • Assist in coaching and developing the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting to support the sales department.

About you

This role would suit an individual with a broad knowledge of the motor trade and somebody with an outstanding track record in either sales or sales management within the motor industry. Well-developed leadership and communication skills are also required.

You will need exceptionally high standards, strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently. You will be able to bring new and innovative ideas into the department and will continue to drive performance, whilst challenging the status quo.
