What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support needs
- Accurately document interactions in our CRM system
- Provide solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- A positive attitude and team spirit
- Basic computer literacy
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
