Driver/Valeter

About the role

Bentley and Lamborghini Birmingham currently has a great opportunity available for a Car and Trailer Driver/ Valeter to join our talented team.

Your primary role in this job will be drive our pick up and covered trailer to collect our clients cars from around the UK for service and maintenance works.

You will also be expected to do some car driving and valeting to support or team

As a Sytner Valeter, you will be responsible for all aspects of vehicle valeting, including prepping and cleaning customer's vehicles to a high standard. You will also ensure that all vehicles are presented in pristine condition and that faults are picked up on prior to the vehicle being handed over to the customer.

You will also maintain high standards of housekeeping within your working area.

The role will typically be Monday to Friday however there could be some Saturday collections and flexibility on working hours would be of benefit to fit in with our clients requirements and to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

Don't worry if you do not have previous experience, although a long clean driving license will be a priority. 

We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and behaviours, and who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Ideally, you will have fantastic attention to detail and be committed to delivering the very best quality and standards for our customers. We are looking for a hardworking individual, who is a reliable team player with a flexible approach that is needed to work well within a busy environment.

When applying for this ole please consider that we require candidates to have customer service experience in a retail environment and a good driving record with a clean licence as a minimum requirement for this role.
