Ferrari Receptionist / Host

About the Role

Greypaul Ferrari Glasgow is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and professional Host to welcome customers into our showroom.

As a Ferrari Host, you will be the first person customers meet when they arrive. You will help create a great first impression and make sure every customer feels welcome, comfortable and valued.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, delivering excellent customer service and being part of one of the world's most prestigious car brands.

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident, approachable and genuinely enthusiastic about meeting people. You should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to make every customer feel valued from the moment they arrive.

You will understand that Ferrari is more than just a car brand — it represents passion, performance, innovation and a unique customer experience. You will bring this same passion to your role, helping create an exciting atmosphere in the showroom while maintaining the professionalism and attention to detail that Ferrari is known for.

You will be proactive, organised and able to use your own initiative to go above and beyond for customers. Whether welcoming a first-time visitor or greeting a returning Ferrari owner, you will aim to make every interaction memorable through your enthusiasm, genuine personality and commitment to exceptional service. Most importantly, you will be someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in their presentation and understands the importance of delivering a premium, personalised experience every single day.

Your Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

• Welcoming customers and visitors into the showroom.
• Making customers feel comfortable and offering refreshments.
• Finding out what customers need and directing them to the right department or team member.
• Answering incoming phone calls and passing enquiries to the correct person.
• Supporting the sales team and other departments.
• Keeping the showroom clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Providing friendly, professional and personalised customer service.
• Anticipating customer needs and going the extra mile to make their visit special.
• Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and paying attention to detail.
