HR Administrator

We are looking for a HR Administrator to support the Central HR Team, Managers across the Group, Stakeholders, and Colleagues to ensure the smooth running of all HR related communications and processes.

The purpose of this role is to support the business to maintain quality and a consistent approach across all pre-employment processes and job offers.

Our Central HR team operate as true partners to our business and are dedicated to providing close support and guidance to each Market Area.

You will be joining a hard-working, supportive, fun and dedicated HR team.

Duties and responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with managers across the Group
  • Supporting managers with the production of recruitment authorisations and job offers
  • Supporting the completion of pre-employment checks (such as right to work, background, and driving licences)
  • Supporting candidates with any queries relating to their offers of employment
  • Overseeing the Central HR email inbox and responding to queries
  • Note taking support for management teams during HR meetings
  • Making recommendations for how to improve or increase the efficiency within HR systems or processes

It is essential that you can demonstrate strong administrative skills. Experience of working within a HR department would be an advantage.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable with a high volume of work, have the ability to work closely with managers and have the confidence to communicate at all levels and push back when necessary. You will require excellent time management skills.

A key part of this role is forming positive working relationships with colleagues across the business, so strong interpersonal skills and the ability to act with integrity and observe confidentiality are essential.
