We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Project Co-ordinator to join our fantastic Sytner HR Team within Central Services at Head Office. The role is part time, being 24 hours per week over 4 days.
We are looking for someone with strong administration and organisational skills and the ability to deliver excellent quality support on a range of projects.
As HR Project Co-ordinator you will provide support and become involved in a number of projects across the Group, liaising with senior management and key stakeholders.
This role is extremely varied and includes:
- Working on new and key HR initiatives, supporting to drive the execution
- Supporting with on-site audits as parts of our Modern Slavery Legislation due diligence
- Providing creative and narrative support on Company newsletters
- Organisational support with events such as the Elite Technician Challenge
- Work on Companywide initiatives such as Peakon and analyse the subsequent data
- Manage the relationship with Reward Gateway our Benefits provider
- Maintain and manage the Colleague Hub, keeping it up-to-date
- Assist with system queries such as 121 and the maintenance of the HR elements of the system
This role is encourages you to use your own initiative while offering a great working environment as part of our small but close-knit team. To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable with a high volume of work, have the ability to work closely with the hiring manager and have the confidence to communicate at all levels. You will require excellent time management skills.
