About the Role
This is not a traditional desk-based management role. Our clients expect direct engagement and accessibility with the General Sales Manager throughout the ownership journey, and therefore the successful candidate must be highly visible, commercially engaged and fully involved in the day-to-day operation of the business.
You will lead from the front, driving performance whilst creating a positive, ambitious, and high-performing culture across the department.
We are seeking a leader who coaches, develops, and inspires their team, rather than simply manages from a distance.
Representing Lamborghini requires exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and emotional intelligence at every stage of the customer journey. Our clients are highly successful, financially astute individuals who expect a seamless, bespoke, and personalised ownership experience without compromise.
The successful candidate will understand that the Lamborghini ownership journey extends far beyond the vehicle itself. Personalisation, innovation, craftsmanship and exclusivity all form part of the client experience and must be delivered to an exceptional standard at all times.
Lamborghini ownership means clients expect an immersive and highly personalised ownership experience throughout every interaction in the dealership environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing the Lamborghini sales department
- Cultivating and developing high-net-worth client relationships
- Strategic stock management and vehicle sourcing
- Exceeding high manufacturer brand standards
- Supporting commercial growth and departmental profitability
- Leading by example within a performance-driven luxury environment
- Developing talent and creating a positive management culture
- Working closely with senior leadership to support long-term business objectives
- Ensuring presentation, process and attention to detail remain at the highest possible level
The working pattern for this role will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 6.00pm.
