About the role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Tyre Technician with 4-Wheel Alignment experience to join our professional and highly skilled workshop team.

This role would suit a technician currently working in a fast fit centre, independent garage or main dealer who is looking for a stable, long-term position with excellent facilities and ongoing support.

As a Tyre and 4-Wheel Alignment Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out tyre inspections and replacement to a high standard, as well as completing 4-wheel alignments; ensuring vehicles are accurately set to manufacturer specifications and customer expectations. You will be trusted as a go-to technician for tyre replacement and alignment work within the workshop.

You will work in a clean and well-equipped workshop with the latest Hunters alignment technology. Whether you come from an independent or main-dealer background, full brand and system training will be provided to help you succeed and develop in the role.

The role is primarily Monday to Friday, with Saturdays worked on a rota basis to support customer demand and workshop operations.

About you

  • Proven experience carrying out 4-wheel alignments to a high standard
  • Proven experience in inspecting and replacing tyres to a high standard
  • Confident interpreting alignment data and working to manufacturer specifications
  • Able to work efficiently within set timescales while maintaining quality
  • Strong attention to detail with pride in accuracy and workmanship
  • A positive, team-focused approach with a strong customer service mindset

Previous main-dealer experience is advantageous but not essential. We welcome applications from technicians with an independent or fast-fit background who are looking to take the next step in their career.
