About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience in sales or customer service who's passionate about connecting with people.
As a Sytner Mercedes-Benz Sales Executive, you'll be the key contact for our customers throughout their exciting car-buying journey. You'll listen carefully, ask the right questions, and guide them through a premium, personal experience that reflects the excellence of the Mercedes-Benz brand.
You'll work flexible patterns, including weekends, to ensure our customers always receive the exceptional service they deserve.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — you're at your best when you're talking to people and building rapport.
- Is passionate about delivering a first-class customer experience every time.
- Brings energy, positivity and a desire to learn and grow.
Whether you've worked in retail, hospitality, or sales, if you can hold a great conversation and genuinely care about helping customers, we'll give you all the training and support you need to succeed.
When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have sales, or customer service experience within a retail, or service industry environment as a minimum requirement for this role
