About the Role

This is far more than a traditional desk-based sales role. Porsche clients expect a premium, highly personalised experience built on trust, expertise, and accessibility. The successful candidate will therefore be highly visible, commercially engaged, and actively involved throughout every stage of the ownership journey.

You will be responsible for building long-term client relationships, achieving sales objectives, and delivering a bespoke and seamless Porsche experience that consistently reflects the brand's prestige and attention to detail. This role suits an individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where professionalism, emotional intelligence, and excellence are second nature.

Key Responsibilities

•    Deliver exceptional sales performance and consistently exceed targets
•    Build, develop, and maintain long-term client relationships
•    Manage and advise on vehicle stock, specifications, and availability
•    Ensure every client interaction is tailored, professional, and aligned with Porsche brand values
•    Collaborate with colleagues to support overall Centre performance and business growth
•    Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, process, and attention to detail
•    Represent Porsche with integrity, passion, confidence, and expertise

About You

We are seeking an outstanding automotive sales professional with a proven track record within luxury, prestige, or high-performance vehicle sales. The successful candidate will be commercially astute, highly motivated, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience worthy of the Porsche name.

You will demonstrate:

•    A strong and consistent sales track record within prestige or luxury automotive brands
•    Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of the premium automotive market
•    Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
•    Exceptional professionalism, presentation, and emotional intelligence
•    A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment
•    Genuine passion for Porsche, automotive excellence, and delivering world-class customer experiences

This is a rare opportunity to represent one of the world's most iconic automotive brands within a highly respected and established Porsche Centre. If you are passionate about luxury automotive sales, committed to excellence, and motivated by continuous personal development and world-class training investment, we would love to hear from you.

When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have automotive sales experience as a minimum requirement for this role.
