Are you a driven leader with a passion for motivating teams and delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a dynamic Team Leader to join our fast-paced Contact Centre and help us exceed customer expectations.
**This is an office based full-time role in Nottingham, working 40 hours a week with Saturdays on a rota basis**
What will the job involve
• Lead, motivate and support a team of Customer Service Advisors to achieve performance targets
• Monitor calls, provide coaching and deliver constructive feedback
• Drive a positive team culture focused on service excellence
• Handle escalated customer queries with professionalism and efficiency
• Analyse performance data and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with fellow Team Leaders and Management to implement processes that enhance the customer experience
Skills and Experience
• Excellent communication – clear, motivational and consistent through both formal and informal channels
• Outstanding organisational skills with a flexible and adaptive approach to shifting priorities
• Exceptional attention to detail – keen eye for spotting errors, inconsistencies and data issues
• Data -savvy – comfortable analysing dashboard, identifying trends and acting on insights
• Strong interpersonal skills – empathy, active listening, diplomacy and conflict resolution
• Motor Trade experience is advantageous
