About the role

We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated and driven Customer Service Manager to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of West London.

As a Sytner Customer Service Manager, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop.

You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time.

You will also have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.

This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.

 

About you

We're looking for an individual with strong experience of being a service advisor, with excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. You will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.
