Divisional Motorrad Manager – BMW MINI Division

Working with our Motorrad retailers within the BMW MINI Division, you’ll continue to develop our strategy to enable our Motorrad teams to thrive - delivering exceptional financial performances and creating memorable customer experiences.
About You
This divisional role demands an unwavering energy and drive in keeping with the values of Sytner Group and the manufacturer brand it represents; this leader is critical in creating a culture and environment that embraces Sytner's commitment to our Colleagues, Customers, Manufacturers and Shareholders.
The successful leader will be highly visible and work closely with our Heads of Business and Motorrad teams to support and influence all aspects of our retailers; from colleague engagement and talent development through to customer satisfaction, operational excellence and financial performance.
As a commercially astute brand advocate, you’ll be well versed in empowering our teams as to proactively growing customer awareness and engagement that positively flows through to affecting our performance. We’re looking for a leader whose character and genuine appreciation of BMW Motorrad will be an inspiration to our teams.
