A rare and exceptional opportunity has arisen within our Scottish Market Area for a Specialist Dealership Head of Business, leading one of the most prestigious multi-brand luxury automotive operations in Scotland, based in Edinburgh.

Representing Lamborghini, Bentley, and Ferrari, alongside a high-performing specialist used car operation including a muti-branded aftersales operation, this role carries full accountability for the overall performance, strategic direction and financial success of the business.

As a position of significant seniority and influence, we are seeking an outstanding leader with the presence, credibility and ambition to inspire teams, engage stakeholders, and deliver excellence at every level of customer, colleague, and manufacturer interaction.

About the Role

As Head of Business, you will assume full P&L responsibility for a complex, multi-franchise operation, overseeing both sales and aftersales functions. You will lead and develop a large, multi-disciplined team, ensuring the highest standards of performance, customer experience and operational excellence are consistently delivered.

You will be responsible for managing and exceeding key dealership KPIs, maintaining rigorous financial control, and driving sustainable growth across all areas of the business.

Operating within the prestige and specialist automotive sector, you will be highly attuned to market conditions, demonstrating commercial agility and strategic foresight in a competitive and discerning marketplace.

About You

This role demands a proven and inspirational leader with significant experience within the prestige or specialist automotive sector, ideally across multi-franchise or multi-site environments.

You will bring:

  • A demonstrable track record of success in a senior leadership role with full P&L accountability
  • Extensive experience across both sales and aftersales operations
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple performance metrics at the highest level
  • A strong track record of building and maintaining direct relationships with manufacturer partners, with current brand-relevant relationships highly advantageous
  • A deep understanding of the luxury automotive market and evolving customer expectations
  • Proven experience engaging directly with high-net-worth clients, delivering a seamless, world-class customer journey

Customer service will sit at the core of your leadership approach. You will champion a culture where excellence is the standard — from initial enquiry through to our aftersales experience — ensuring a flawless, end-to-end experience for every client.
